Quiet place between Grosseto and Marina ☺ This is not the first time I have stayed here (in the off-season), and that in itself could close the review... The hotel is in a very quiet area, between Grosseto and Marina di Grosseto. There is indoor parking, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The wi-fi is good, and the managers immediately went out of their way to replace the router that had a problem. ☹ All good, obviously also in relation to the price.

Excellent ☺ We didn't have breakfast ☹ The neighbors in the room who were not polite at all slamming doors and talking loudly, both at 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. OBVIOUSLY of this has nothing to do with the facility to which I gave full marks.

Schlimm! ☺Bin wieder abgereist, ohne zu übernachten. Habe gleich rechts um Kehrt gemacht. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Das Tor wurde mir erst nach TEL geöffnet. Die Dame zeigte mir kurz das Zimmer und sagte, dass sie gleich weg müsse. Das Tor liesse sich öffnen. Frühstück gäbe es nicht, den Schlüssel soll ich am nächsten Tag auf den Tisch legen. Dann war sie weg und ich versuchte mich mit der Situation abzufinden. Dann liess ich die Heizung an und ein Gestank kam mir entgegen! Des guten zuviel nahm ichmein Gepäck, wies meinen Weg zurück (Licht war praktisch nicht vorhanden) mit der Taschenlampe und hinterlegte den Schlüssel. Wie dieses Hotel eine solch gute Booking Bewertung erhielt, verstehe ich nicht. Als Vielreiser definitiv eines der schlechtesten Hotels!
